Neela is growing like crazy. Her hair is getting so long so fast. She has been verbal for a long time now, but only recently is she speaking understandably.

She has taken a liking to my old cabbage patch kid. Calling it “Baybeee?” all the time. She has started to tote around Baybeee or any other cuddly stuffed animal while feeding it or trying to tie a diaper around them and cuddling. She sings to them too. She has been fanning her toes out when bare foot and excitedly saying “So pitty” when looking at her nails. Books have successfully sucked her in as well. We feel lucky to have 2 kids so far with a love for books. My friend Sarah came a week ago to visit for a few hours and brought books for the kids. I Aint Gonna Paint No More for Elliott, Elmer the Patchwork Elephant for Roland, and Olivia for Neela. She LOVES that book. I think she understands that its girly, so she likes it. She has taken to calling Roland “Poli” Cause she hears me call him “Roli Poli” and its adorable. “Hi Poli!” she says with a little gasp every time she sees him.
