We went to Nanna and Poppy’s house last weekend. Check out what we did.
I love having a daughter because already at only 18 months she is getting to be quite the girly girl. If you ever visit our home, you will have the pleasure of playing a game of hide & seek with your own shoes. Neela is obsessed with shoes, and when she sees a pair that attracts her eye, she is quick to make them her new accessory. Today, Ethan put on a pair of shoes and Neela was saying “Buck” over and over. We quickly recalled that our friend Buck does have the same shoes. Like I said, a little obsessed. She also loves jewelry. Anything to wear, she loves it all.

So when I decided to paint our nails, she was intrigued.

And here is the finished product. not to shabby!
Then we were washing the mud of her favorite boots (thank you Grandma Pineapple) And she started to play in the sink. I had to take some video.

You’d think with that massive mouth she inherited from her daddy, she catch more water.
We also hung out a lot, played outside in the yard, and ate some yummy food. It was a good weekend. Thank you again Nanna and Poppy.

Thank you for coming up to visit. I was in ‘Poppy Heaven’ all weekend. As for Neela’s obsession, I think it’s part of having that second X chromosome.
