Just in case you were wondering….
Yes. Our camera is THAT good. And I like the Macro Lens THAT much. Do you have any favorite close up shots?

Recycling Bin wheel.

Tiny flowers from a walk in the park behind our house.

A new sunflower in the Pioneer Square flower show a few weeks ago.

These plants are volunteers growing on the brick wall in our front yard. I warn the kids “You touch those, you’ll get BUSTED”

This is one of my favorites. Neela twirls her hair all the time. So do I. A girl bond I guess.

Crumbs on Neelas hand.

Ethan actually took this one. It came a few weeks ago and hung out on the kids hands. It came back a few days ago and decided to rest in peace in our yard. Ethan picked him up and put him in the tree while telling the kids, “Hes uhh…. asleeeeep….yeah.”

Flowers in our yard.

Ethan took this one too. But only after I took one like it, but not as cool. So I kind of did take this one – well its my idea anyway. right?

The carpet under the steps at our favorite spot at doug fir lounge.

Again. Ethan. **sigh** I had nothing to do with this. He built it with Elliott. Then took cool pictures of it.

Maybe I should just change the first paragraph to “WE really like macro lens. Ethan and I take pictures….” Nahh…

I saved the best for last. I am way stoked on this picture. Can you see the pollin on his legs??

how did you manage to take a close-up picture of a bee without squealing and crying and running away and swatting at your head?

These are ridiculous! I can hardly believe that bee photo. Good work. So stoked to start photoing it up for Johan in a week or two!

Great shots! My favorite is the bubble. You can see trees and sky in the reflection but you can also see right through it in the middle. Very cool.
I love macro lenses. One of my favorite photos is a macro shot of a purple flower (Kennedy has it now). Thanks for sharing.
Lots of Love,
Poppy
